Kirsten Peters

• Studied violin at the Berlin University of the Arts and cultural management at the University of Music and Theatre in Hamburg
• Trained systemic coach and career counsellor
• Initially worked as an orchestral and chamber musician and as an instrumental teacher, later in the management of the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra, at Konzertdirektion Adler in Berlin and as an editor with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, among others
• Today mainly works as a musician coach in her own company and teaches at various German music academies in the fields of self-management and career development
• Runs her own blog and podcast on these topics
